DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is confirmed, it enters processing.
After processing, you will receive an e-mail update about the status of your order.
IVdesign uses Post Express courier service for deliveries within the Republic of Serbia.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after processing.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from delivery days.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
Please note that engraved, personalized, and custom-made pieces (including engraved jewelry, marked items, and custom cufflinks) may require additional production time.
For these custom pieces, delivery may take longer than 2–5 business days and can be up to 7 business days, depending on the level of customization.
You will be informed by e-mail if your order requires extended processing time.
SHIPPING COSTS

Orders of 5,000 RSD and above — FREE delivery (no shipping fee).

Orders below 5,000 RSD — shipping cost is 644 RSD, according to the official Post of Serbia (Post Express) tariff.
Shipping fees are displayed in the cart before checkout and will also appear in your order confirmation e-mail.

RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
Post Express courier delivers packages Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during that time.
Carefully inspect the parcel upon delivery.
If the box is visibly damaged or you suspect damage to the product, refuse the delivery and immediately contact us:

If the parcel appears intact, please accept it and sign the delivery slip.
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
If you are unavailable both times, the shipment will return to IVdesign, and we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, international shipping is not available.
It will be launched soon — updates will be published on our website.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to all cities throughout Serbia. No matter where you’re located, your order will be delivered safely via our trusted courier partners.
RETURNS – JEWELRY
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewelry, returns are not accepted if the item has been worn or used.
You may return jewelry only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Personalized or engraved jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
