DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is confirmed, it enters processing.
After processing, you will receive an e-mail update about the status of your order.
IVdesign uses Post Express courier service for deliveries within the Republic of Serbia.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after processing.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from delivery days.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders of 5,000 RSD and above — FREE delivery (no shipping fee).

• Orders below 5,000 RSD — shipping cost is 644 RSD, according to the official Post of Serbia (Post Express) tariff.

Shipping fees are displayed in the cart before checkout and will also appear in your order confirmation e-mail.

RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
Post Express courier delivers packages Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during that time.

Carefully inspect the parcel upon delivery.
If the box is visibly damaged or you suspect damage to the product, refuse the delivery and immediately contact us:

You can reach us on WhatsApp 24/7 — we’re always online, and you’ll receive a reply within 2 to 3 hours during working hours.

If the parcel appears intact, please accept it and sign the delivery slip.
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
If you are unavailable both times, the shipment will return to IVdesign, and we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, international shipping is not available.
It will be launched soon — updates will be published on our website.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to all cities throughout Serbia. No matter where you’re located, your order will be delivered safely via our trusted courier partners.

RETURNS – T-SHIRTS

You may return unworn and unused T-shirts within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Conditions for return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• The item must be in resalable condition

• For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned

How to request a return:

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, within the legally prescribed timeframe.

IVdesign guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship for all T-shirts.

Warranty coverage:
We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects, such as:

• Defective seams or stitching

• Fabric defects

• Printing defects (peeling, cracking not caused by improper washing)

What is not covered by warranty:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing (not following care instructions)

• Shrinkage, color fading, or fabric changes due to incorrect care

• Accidental damage, misuse, or mechanical damage

How to make a warranty claim:

2. Send your order number and photos/videos of the issue

3. After inspection, if the claim is approved, we will offer:

   • A replacement, or

   • A refund, depending on availability and your preference
