Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in metal or plating

• Defective clasps or closures

• Structural defects not caused by misuse

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, color fading, oxidation, plating wear over time)

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning products

• Damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents

• Broken chains, bent pieces, or stones lost due to impact or improper handling

• Personalized or engraved items, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect
